ANTHEM
To celebrate their 75th anniversary, Southern Maine Community College wanted to pay homage to their legacy while driving enrollment. The resulting campaign, created in collaboration with Ethos Marketing and Design, used archival footage along with contemporary footage to draw parallels between their response to the COVID-19 pandemic and the founding of the institution as a response to the needs of veterans returning from WW2.

AD CAMPAIGN
With the growing popularity of sports drinks and plant-based milks, the nutritional value of dairy is sometimes overshadowed. Celebrating how Oakhurst chocolate milk fuels the determination of young athletes, this series produced in collaboration with our friends at Ethos Marketing was an opportunity to meet some inspiring kids and earned us front-row seats to see them do what they love.

Before 2010, it was easy to see that the burgeoning filmmaking community in Maine deserved a forum, so we created Damnationland. Over a decade later, it has become the largest event for that community, drawing a thousand fans to the State Theatre every October to experience new genre work by the up-and-coming moviemakers from Maine.

FEATURE FILM
Neptune is an emotionally charged coming of age story, shot entirely in Maine with Maine talent and crew. A successful festival run, including the prestigious Slamdance festival, led to critical acclaim, international distribution, and two Sundance fellowships for Stobo’s latest feature effort, A Winter Table.

We love it when creative gets weird, so when Ethos Marketing & Design approached us about a series of absurd commercials for Wild Blueberries of Maine we were all in. With the goal of incentivizing shoppers to buy Wild over conventional blueberries, our team packed a funny punch with elaborate art direction and bear wrangling (Okay, it’s a guy in a suit).

EXHIBIT CONTENT
Tasked with putting a remote museum in Western Maine on the Map, we collaborated with Paulus Design Group to help bring a world-class collection of meteorites, gems, and minerals to life. Interactive kiosks, a 1950s “mining blast”, an immersive projection mapped meteorite experience and much more, all help make MMGM a destination to “Put on your ‘museums to visit before you die’ list.” – Bair and Wright, Boston Globe 2019.

With the launch of a new proprietary software that optimizes veterinary practice management, IDEXX faced the challenge of demonstrating the Neo Veterinary Software app in terms of real-world value. By generating graphic overlays of the simplified UI married with footage of real vets we were able to offer clear examples of how Neo’s user-friendly features and new mobile workflow make life easier for veterinarians and the pet parents they serve. All while working with the best talent you can ask for: DOGS!

360 VIDEO + SOCIAL MEDIA AD
Takeoff Technologies makes automated grocery distribution machines – think a compressed warehouse full of robots (the friendly kind) – but they were challenged with communicating the scope and capabilities of their installations. To put potential customers right in the action, we worked with Takeoff to create a 360 degree immersive tour of their facility in Chicopee, Massachusetts, that could be uploaded to an Oculus headset and give their clients a true look at how their innovative technology functions.
